hey i was wondering if its possible somehow to make 1 picture link like for example at the banner of my server ( to open 2 windows and different pages like 1 = forum and 1 the website) and how can i make it ?

or somehow a pop up page kinda somethin if i click to open 1 page on the original window the page opens and in a new window anothere one automaticly opens

if its possible please tell me how ... i want to add a link to my website to a online radio and the click on that link would open a vote link as well the new page for the radio ...

Dual link in one.

you can do it with flash buttons.

sorry that's the only thing i know about that.

as for regular coding try Google for answers.
